Improved Reputation Sytem for Governance RFP

We plan to build on top of the existing research and work we’ve done:
- Mapping Reputation Types https://docsend.com/view/chiq9nt84qvpv8g4
- building data ingestion pipelines for Discord, Discourse, Github, Telegram, etc
- building a Knowledge Graph of interactions between participants
- creating an RFP for a knowledge graph that builds on top of the above

The next step is to disseminate all of this research and facilitate a series of workshops with SingulairtyNET ecosystem actors and co-design how we can better apply reputation in governance using what already exists and building on top. Thus ensuring scalability, transparency, and fairness in community-driven decision-making processes.

NEURAL SEARCH

Neural Search is a new way to incorporate Monte Carlo Tree Search into neural networks. Unlike similar techniques, Neural Search builds the exploration and optimization of the search into the layers of the network. The search itself is learnable, and provides us with a means to develop guided search algorithms trained on data. We have demonstrated that the algorithm can learn robust solutions to search problems. We propose further development of the approach to large scale problems, and to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm by training it to play Go, a standard achieved AlphaGo. Total for the project is $150K over 11 months, and it will be resourced by 3 senior MLabs members.

SNET Machine Translation for Minority Languages

SingularityNet understands the importance of machine translations as a means of ensuring inclusion and making the AGI more accessible to all. This is why Ben Goertz established the ML team for machine translation for undersourced languages, with a pilot ongoing in Ethiopia in languages of Amharic, Tigray, etc. While the Pilot is ongoing in Ethiopia this proposal is to create a community-centric effort that will complement the work of the iCog Labs team who are working in Ethiopia and provide a community corpus of various minority languages that will be utilized by the SNET machine translation team to build a more comprehensive translation tool which incorporates the diversity of our world.

Learn with AI

The human ability to learn throughout our lives may be our most important feature as a species. Yet, learning is a deeply individual process, and we learn best in an interaction with a personal tutor or within a peer group.
Recent rapid advances in AI, particularly the multi-modal generative capability, promise to uncover entirely new ways of human learning and also to assist existing approaches to education with content creation and personalization, and with deep lesson plan customization. We aim to identify and validate specific teaching techniques and to prototype incremental interface and analysis solutions leveraging generative AI, focusing on those with the highest immediate impact.

Evidence-based Health Data for AI Longevity Apps

Data and knowledge used in AI-driven health and longevity apps is often inconsistent, contradictory or based on subjective theories. Our goal is to improve the integrity of this data and revolutionise healthcare by providing each individual with an evidence-based, personalised health protocol for wellbeing, longevity and disease prevention. For this ideation proposal, we will combine TrustLevel's work in data integrity and Lennart's expertise in biohacking and focus on market research, concept development and feasibility study for our new approach.

Scalable MeTTa Knowledge Graphs

Use the new performant Hyperon backend, MeTTa Optimal Reduction Kernel (MORK), to host knowledge graphs core to the SingularityNET ecosystem. By using Hyperon for this task, we have the opportunity to practice dogfooding on core capabilities like importing relevant data from existing platforms and file formats, storing large knowledge bases in a compressed yet accessible form, supporting both SPARQL and MeTTa queries, and communicating to other services. Furthermore, by the nature of Hyperon's Metagraphs, we can store the code, documentation, version control, and knowledge graph data in the same representation. All functionality would be available via a rich online MeTTa editor.

Translate Videos About SNET into Portuguese

This project aims to translate and narrate SingularityNET videos in Portuguese, making them available in a playlist on the Maria Carmo 369 channel (https://www.youtube.com/@mariacarmo369), which has 11,900 followers. The goal is to overcome the language barrier and provide accessible information about AI, promoting education and engagement within the Lusophone community and encouraging the development of talent in artificial intelligence. Promote Deep Funding on the Cardano Summit

Cardano and Catalyst is an ecosystem full of innovators, new ideas, and people already familiar with Decentralized Grants Programs. Due to shared values, this is a great ecosystem to onboard more contributors to Deep Funding and Singularity Net.

To facilitate onboarding, we want to make a Workshop about Deep Funding at the Cardano Summit to Onboard more users into Deep Funding and Deep Funding Academy a Platform created to onboard and educate users on Deep Funding. Live events are a great opportunity to make stronger impressions and lasting connections, and we should take advantage of this event to grow Deep Funding and to make our presence known in the Cardano Community.

Intelligent Ocular Image Generation

AI applications developed for detection of medical conditions are hindered by lack of available data for training. Photrek contributes to the goals of DF4 with this Miscellaneous Pool proposal by generating synthetic image libraries for diseases of the human vision system and making these capabilities available to the community. Photrek has built a team across three continents (Africa, Asia, North America) at four universities (U of Buea Cameroon, VIT India, KNUST Ghana, and SUNY Poly USA) with a team focused on image processing techniques applied to medical applications in a low cost environment within SNET goals for creation of democratic, decentralized, beneficial AGI.
