We are seeking individuals to lead and manage Deep Funding Community Hub initiatives. These initiatives aim to establish and foster decentralized Deep Funding Communities centered around specific topics or areas of interest where a dedicated community would be valuable.

Examples of potential hubs include:

  • Sustainability Community Hub
  • Women in AI Community Hub
  • Africa Community Hub
  • Asia Community Hub
  • French-Speaking Hub.
  • Among many other options

The primary objective of these Community Hubs is to expand Deep Funding in a decentralized way. This involves engaging new members, providing information, sharing best practices for submitting funding proposals and building strong, collaborative communities. Regular online meetings will also be an integral part of these initiatives to connect, grow, and support the community.

Milestone 1 - Foundational Launch: Channels & Strategy

Description

In this initial milestone we will establish dedicated communication channels (Telegram Discord etc.) to engage agribusiness stakeholders interested in DeepFunding finalize our strategic roadmap outlining key workshops and networking events and create introductory educational materials that explain how DeepFunding works—tailored specifically to the agribusiness sector. This foundational groundwork sets the stage for all subsequent activities and ensures our community starts off well-informed and organized.

Deliverables

Deliverable 1: Communication Channels Setup We will create and configure dedicated Telegram and Discord channels specifically for agribusiness stakeholders interested in DeepFunding. This process includes defining moderator roles usage guidelines and clear rules of engagement ensuring an organized and welcoming environment for all participants. Deliverable 2: Planning & Strategy We will finalize the project roadmap detailing key dates for workshops networking events and DeepFunding deadlines. This strategic plan will guide the hub’s activities ensuring transparency and shared objectives across the community. Deliverable 3: Educational Materials Draft We will develop initial outlines of educational content that introduce DeepFunding concepts within the context of agribusiness. These materials will highlight relevant use cases proposal best practices and application guidance providing a solid foundation for future workshops and participant engagement.

Communication Channels Setup Telegram and Discord groups are fully created and functional. Roles for moderators are assigned, and clear usage guidelines are published. At least 30 initial members join across the channels, indicating effective outreach and early community interest. Planning & Strategy A finalized project roadmap is documented, detailing specific dates for workshops, networking events, and DeepFunding deadlines. All major milestones are clearly outlined, with roles and responsibilities assigned to the team members. The strategic plan is shared with core collaborators, who confirm alignment and feasibility. Educational Materials Draft At least one draft document (or slide deck) introducing DeepFunding concepts within the agribusiness context is created. The outline covers key use cases, proposal guidelines, and an overview of potential benefits for agribusiness projects. Feedback from at least two external reviewers (e.g., sector experts or community members) confirms clarity and relevance of the materials.

Milestone 2 - Official Launch & Early Community Engagement

Description

In this milestone we officially launch the AgroTech Community Hub by introducing the core team outlining the project’s objectives and driving initial community participation. Our primary focus is on actively engaging farmers cooperatives and universities ensuring that stakeholders understand the hub’s purpose and value. We will also provide a Monthly KPI Report to track membership growth and gather initial feedback for future improvements.

In this milestone we focus on increasing awareness of DeepFunding within the agribusiness community through targeted workshops networking events and the creation of specialized content. By offering an introductory session on DeepFunding submission criteria as well as publishing materials on AI and blockchain applications in agribusiness we aim to encourage deeper engagement and lay the groundwork for future proposal development.
