Alignment with DF goals (BGI, Platform growth, community)

We need a Good News Project, a decentralized, AI aggregated hub that highlights and connects proven problem-solvers around the world with communities looking to help provide support - materially, collaboratively or simply spreading the word. This Mobile and Desktop application and website would gather the positive news in our world in one place, focusing on uplifting those who have made notable contributions to their communities, field of study and the collective good. It provides a place for members to promote their solutions, discuss difficult problems, connect with proven innovators and propose new solutions.

Good News Project is about shifting our attention and energies as a collective toward practical and imaginative action. Done are the days of aimless dopamine mining or mindless distraction. If we want peace and a brighter tomorrow, we are the ones we are waiting for.

Problem description

Today the average individual’s time and attention is channeled into political scandal, material acquisition or doom scrolling. We have become bricks in the walls of a cultural prison of low-expectation that stagnates decentralized innovation and demotivates the seemingly powerless into inaction. This belies the fact that solutions to many intractable problems are being discovered daily by the most brilliant members of our local communities and the broader human family around the globe.

An AI aggregated collection of news articles and webpages sorted by date, subject and/or geolocation. Search and discover the most innovative members in your community. 

LLM Think Tanks 

AI powered chat thread that allows members to collaborate with AI to flesh out and refine ideas. 

Solutions Proposal

Connect and collaborate on solutions for myriad subjects including Economics, Ecology etc. Support with an upvote their favorite ideas, pushing it to the top of the heap.
