My time at SingularityNET has taught me that even (or especially) in an organization with average IQ as high as SNET, there is a a need for:
- People with creative and innovative ideas.
- People with practical skills, such as defining processes, setting priorities, and coordinating the work.
Many people tend to be either creative and innovative or practical. I have come to believe that my main added value to the organization lies in my natural ability and tendency to combine these traits. I like to conceive and start new initaitives and bring them to a certain maturity point. After that, I am happy to let them flourish on their own if possible.
I will consider my work at DEEP Initiatives Inc. as successful, if the organization will have reached the stage where it can evolve and flourish organically, without any active role of myself.
Building on our mission and vision of the development of beneficial AGI. building a community of creators that takes strength from diversity, where everyone feels safe and empowered to contribute in their own way, based on our shared values.
