Crucially, we will develop a Community AI Agent prototype with semantic question answering capabilities, integrating a cost-effective LLM and RAG with the knowledge base, and integrating it into Discord for initial user interaction. The aim is to deliver a functional, albeit initial, symbiotic intelligence system encompassing the core data structures and the primary AI service."
