This project embodies DeepFunding’s vision of decentralized, beneficial AI for social good. It proposes deploying its analysis services on SingularityNET to crowdsource oversight and incentivize community participation. Problem description

Corruption and illicit financial flows remain hidden due to fragmented public records. Nepotism and fraud are hard to trace, and citizens, journalists, and regulators lack tools to analyze complex money networks. Whistleblowers face risks without secure, AI-supported platforms. Without automation and transparency, corruption thrives—diverting resources from development and eroding trust in institutions.

Proposed Solutions

The system aggregates spending, contract, and registry data, using ML to detect anomalies. An encrypted whistleblower portal uses NLP to prioritize credible tips. Dashboards visualize suspicious ties in spending and ownership. Deployed on SingularityNET, communities validate findings and earn rewards for verified evidence. Automating detection and crowdsourced oversight empowers citizens and institutions to drive accountability and reduce corruption.
