We propose a decentralized suite of AI tools on SingularityNET to promote peace, transparency, and resilience. From conflict prediction and digital dialogue agents to anti-corruption analytics, GBV early warning, and civic tech for governance, our systems use NLP, ML, and blockchain to empower inclusive action, foster trust, and build just, informed, and peaceful communities.

Problem description

Local communities face growing challenges from natural disasters, climate change, and public health crises. Many lack AI-driven tools for risk assessment and resource planning. Data remains siloed (weather sensors, population stats, infrastructure maps), hindering timely decision-making. Without predictive analytics and tailored planning support, communities struggle to prepare for emergencies. This gap leads to avoidable losses and slowed recovery when crises occur

Proposed Solutions

This platform offers decentralized AI tools for community planners and first responders. It ingests local data (weather, infrastructure, health metrics) and applies machine learning to forecast risks like floods or disease outbreaks. Interactive dashboards visualize vulnerable zones, while mobile alerts notify officials and residents of emerging threats. Agentic simulations allow testing of response plans (evacuation routes, resource logistics) to find the most effective strategies.
