The Deep Funding Ambassador Program drives global expansion of the SingularityNET ecosystem through events, outreach, and onboarding. With the new Community Hub, there’s growing support—but no centralized way to track ambassador impact. This project proposes a data-driven platform to monitor ambassador and Community Hub contributions. It will log activities, track regional performance, and measure growth in learners, developers, and entrepreneurs. Key features include ambassador profiles, milestone tracking, event logging, contribution metrics, and a regional impact dashboard. A growth heatmap and reporting module will offer insights for funders and community leaders. This platform enhances transparency, motivates ambassadors, and identifies high- and low-performing regions. Ultimately, it empowers strategic planning and strengthens support systems for deeper ecosystem growth.

Problem description

Despite the global efforts of Deep Funding Ambassadors and the introduction of Community Hubs, there is no platform accessible to the community to track, evaluate, or measure their true impact. Without reliable data on onboarding, engagement, or regional contributions, it’s difficult to assess performance, support growth, or make informed decisions. This lack of visibility hinders optimization of ambassador and hub initiatives and strategic tracking of the growth of the singularitynet ecosystem

Proposed Solutions

To address the lack of visibility, we propose developing a data-driven platform to monitor and measure the impact of Deep Funding Ambassadors and Community Hubs. The platform will track key metrics such as onboarding, engagement and regional contributions providing insights into ambassador performance and ecosystem growth. With features like ambassador profiles, a regional impact dashboard, and a growth heatmap it will optimize support, streamline strategy, and enable data-driven decision-making
