Hi there. This is a great initiative. I would like to comment on the aspect of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). While this can be an effective strategy for promoting SingularityNET within local communities, there may be challenges in identifying and selecting KOLs with genuine influence and credibility. It's essential to carefully vet KOLs to ensure that they align with SingularityNET's values and messaging and have a genuine following and impact within their respective communities.  Thanks

    This Project Can Be Successful

The proposed problem appropriately addresses the fact that the Asian Blockchain Community is growing strongly but language is a major barrier in updating knowledge and news about the development of community engagement for SingularityNET in the markets. focus in Asia. However, I see you mainly analyze the Taiwan and China markets even though the project you mentioned is aimed at key markets in Asia, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. Here's a breakdown of its strengths and weaknesses:
    Possibility:
    • Medium: Availability of dedicated communication channels and community groups on social networks makes it easy to convey the community.
    • Strengths: Specific solutions, targeting potential and densely populated communities such as Taiwan and China.
    • Weaknesses: Is advertising and marketing using KOLs really effective? For example, in the Chinese market, the government frequently imposes communication restrictions related to cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
     Possibility of existence:
    • Medium: Success depends on reaching the target audience effectively, building a strong community and demonstrating SingularityNET's value proposition in the Asian context however I see the proposition aiming Mainly Taiwan and China.
    • Strengths: The team has experience and expertise related to the project. Specifically, the team leader excels in localizing global Web3 campaigns demonstrated by Avalanche blockchain advertising, bringing more than 100,000 views on YouTube and a community of 3,000 members. Focusing on a high-growth region with significant investment in AI and a robust Web3 ecosystem is promising.
    • Weaknesses: Work allocation time and budget need to be more detailed in necessary milestones. Budget allocation for marketing and advertising on social media platforms is expensive when the effectiveness is worth the money spent and when it is not effective.
    • Desire:
    • Medium: Developing high-quality content with clear explanations and engaging visuals is important to retain audiences and create new impact that can impact community needs.
    • Strengths: The project addresses the need for major barriers in updating knowledge and news about community engagement development for SingularityNET in key markets in Asia Weaknesses: Currently there are many platforms Platform and community development team related to blockchain and crypto. Creating a unique position requires the efforts of the entire team.
    Usefulness:
    • Medium: The project can be very useful if it provides high-quality localized content, fosters a vibrant community, and attracts skilled AI talent to SingularityNET.
    • Strengths: Establishing and nurturing a community of developers and AI enthusiasts through meetups, webinars, and collaborative projects related to SingularityNET.
    • Weaknesses: Long regional road map within the Chinese market, the government frequently imposes communication restrictions related to cryptocurrencies and blockchain. These restrictions are often aimed at controlling the flow of information and minimizing the risks associated with cryptocurrency investments in the country. This can hinder the development of AI platforms
    Additional points:
    • Careful selection of KOLs with highly reliable professional knowledge.
    • Content must be compatible with local culture, limiting legal risks.
This project has a chance to succeed if there is a clearer and more detailed plan and implementation.
Here are some strengths of this project:
    • Propose a comprehensive approach to content creation, KOL interaction and community development activities.
Here are some challenges that need to be addressed:
    • Targeting some areas but not yet fully demonstrated
    • Limit legal risks
    • Competition of available platforms
    • Limited issues of localized content and community participation in some Asian markets that the project targets have not been clearly identified.
By addressing the needs and focusing on creating valuable content, paying attention to solving challenges, I hope the project can bring great value to the community.

Building the SNET community in the Asian market

Due to language barriers and lack of quality knowledge content sources, it is difficult for the Asian community to access and learn updated information about SungularityNET. I think the team's proposal is completely feasible and has a high probability of success, it helps increase the development and adoption of this platform in Asia.
    1. Feasibility:
    - The group takes advantage of Twitter, Instagram & YouTube media platforms that have stable traffic to post quality content. I find that solution completely effective and easy to reach and attract the attention of the community.
    - Propose specific solutions in translating, creating creative content, hiring KOLs, and organizing community events to target populous communities in the Asian market. However, creating educational content and marketing promotions in many countries such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia will often encounter obstacles, because each country will have different cultures. , that's why the team must come up with a detailed implementation plan and strong resources to be able to maintain project effectiveness.
    - The team has high experience and expertise in the field of communication, producing cryptocurrency educational content, and serving effective project implementation. Outstanding team members' achievements include: localizing global Web3 campaigns localizing global Web3 campaigns, which proves that the group can attract the community and have great influence.
    2. Viability:
    - The project's success depends on reaching many potential developers and users in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia, building a strong community.
    - The proposal lacks metrics to measure the effectiveness of the implemented solution, for example: the number of article views, number of video views, number of comments, number of event participants, etc.
    - The team should allocate time and budget for project implementation in more detail. Because this project involves marketing promotion in many different countries, I think budget costs are inevitable, so the team needs to come up with a specific time and budget allocation plan and reasonable.
    3. Desire:
    - The proposal addresses the challenges posed in the countries of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia, due to language barriers and lack of quality educational resources, making effective implementation of the project difficult. The project will meet the high needs of the community.
    - The proposal team needs to provide quality knowledge content that is easy to understand and accessible to attract the community's attention.
    4. Usefulness:
    - Through translations, quality videos, and suggestions will help improve knowledge about SingularityNET and DeepFunding to attract AI technology developers.
    - The team focuses on marketing strategies and brand promotion of SingularityNET and DeepFunding to build a strong community.

    Good impact on China?

The important milestones are presented very clearly and in detail, it's like the way the team posed the problem is quite easy to understand in this proposal. I agree with the creation and development of the SNET Asian community, but is this completely feasible when China is also included in the list of affected countries? It is well known that the use of cryptocurrency and blockchain in China is limited.

    Thank you for your feedback.

Despite regulatory limitations, China has many active AI and tech communities. Localized content can generate significant interest in SingularityNET's AI initiatives. Our strategy focuses on using similar content across multiple regions to efficiently maximize exposure. Our milestones are designed for measurable progress, leveraging China's substantial AI talent. Our experience in similar environments reassures us of the project's feasibility.

    Not Enough Justification For Funding

    • Feasibility:
      • In terms of the information that is provided in the proposal, the majority of statements are a balance between personal perspectives with reference to actual data findings that can be further Google'ed though ideally providing a link would have shorten the verifiying process.
      • As with other proposals, there are allocations for doing initial paid research on identifying content creation format, its distribution, determining network aggregators etc. This process though is validated if the goal is to create marketing of a specific event, or a long duration content calendear etc. which this proposal does seek to achieve, hence the properness of having research.
      • This team has also conducted initial small limited research to validate the need of having this proposal. The validation is not 100% in corelation for it is a general overview of the region, it would have been ideal if the team would go the further lengths to validate their proposal based on each targeted region. Or, limited the region to seek to influence through this proposal.

    • Viability:
      • There are 3 (three) aspects that need to be clearly identified in this type of proposal. One would be correlating background which in this case should be around Community Management, Event Management, Content Creation, Project Management, Public Relations, KOL Management, Translation and Basic AI Knowledge, pre-identified potential market for this proposal and a verifiable team.
      • From the details provided regarding team members, the team is incomplete, the team lead has shown no thorough experience that indicates capability of delivering their intent. The team lead also provides no possible way of verifying them beyond what is stated in their proposal. No external links are provided. That echoes to their other team members. They have not take the team to clarify who they are to instill further confidence that is not just a fairly properly written proposal but also can actually be executed by the team involved.
      • The team though has provided a target market for their solution, which seems to be their existing developed community which bolsters an impressive +20.000 members, with majority of posts, discussions are on Web3. Where AI is indeed a driving talking point in the Web3 ecosystem.
      • What is concerning though, is their number of proposals they have submitted. Especially since each proposal suffers the same issue in this rating category, which is unverifiable team members which may lead to potential project management issues. In general, would give a "no" to funding all their connectecd proposals under this premise.

    • Desirability:
      • The countries targeted all have already shown a huge interest and uptick in AI based startups and fundings as per the initial findings of the team. As mentioned, it would have been desireable to go through each backdrop of the country targeted.
      • In terms of the countries targeted as a target for SNet, that is undeniably very desirable. Each of the targeted countries though, have their own AI centric entities, which would have been even more desireable if this team would have seeked to collaborate with. As it stands, they will be inviting -rather collaborating- which is through the creation of events and KOL influence, crowds from an already existing AI community market. A fairly effective way of building SNET brand awareness and exposure. Choice of activations although are relatively standard, is indeed more impactful than having purely social media solutions and online Zooms.

    •  Usefulness:
      • The main issue of this proposal, is their Project Management aspect. Having being involved in multiple proposals, where we the community can see each of them, providing validation or proper team member distribution would have definitely eased the concerns of will this team be able to deliver as promised across all proposals. Seeing that this is a key aspect, which is human resource management, this proposal would be categorized has high risk despite high rewards.

    Sustainable marketing development

The project has a high possibility of implementation due to the presence of KOLs and media. Creating relevant regional content and actively engaging with AI talent will expand SingularityNET's influence and engagement. The project promises to bring real value through increasing awareness and facilitating regional cooperation, thereby promoting the development of AI platforms. I think: Some limitations may include cultural and language differences between markets, as well as the challenge of maintaining community participation and engagement after the project ends. To address these limitations, the project needs a diverse and sustainable approach strategy.

A community project with a strange approach

The proposal aims to translate and create content and community engagement initiatives for Asian audiences including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia. Why include China when it is a country that bans cryptocurrencies? Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia all use the English language and there is no need to translate documents for promotion. So can I understand translating content and community engagement initiatives that cater primarily to audiences in China? Audiences in Asia can easily join the SingularityNET ecosystem except China. Will audiences in China be able to participate in any activities or roles in the SingularityNET ecosystem? I suppose they still could if they changed their nationality. The profiles of the 3 project members provide almost no information. The team's transparency is not guaranteed.

Thank you for your feedback. Here are a few clarifications:

    1. Language Use: While English is prevalent in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia, Chinese remains the dominant written language.
