Transport UK

Hello, I've been following the AGI space I think especially in the UK and Europe an easy or a small capacity communication between transport officers and drivers and clients and customers.  For example, we have a transport office which operates the vehicles and you have a client which operates the good they have two offices Which need to be in contact with each other. Typical opening times are 9 to 5     I work in this sector and have done for around 15 years and I found frustrating thing over time that people are not always available when you need them     My idea is to have an AGI or a swarm of AGIs, which would take the task off a person     Take a typical transport office has contact with the driver. The driver also has contact with the client and between the two they discuss arrival times and any issues on the road etc etc. This all works well, but the message between both generic and often quite the same   And AGI would be able to respond to the driver onto the client as a person for example as myself I can be asleep and the AGI can respond to the driver answer the client with whatever needs is necessary.  This is the simplest version. I can explain you can go deeper into this for example the driver has an issue with his vehicle. Let's take a flat tire the driver messages you on WhatsApp location tire size etc. The AGI will take this information create an email and send it to a Tire company, who will create a job and attend the vehicle and carry out the job. When the job is complete, the tire company send a job card to email the AGI pick the email up on it in the Truck file so there you go   There are many uses for this anyway I thought I'd reach out
