Milestone 1 - AI Research, Design & Dataset Training

Description

This milestone focuses on the research, data collection, and AI model pre-training for the Valvur AI Companion Engine and SafeAI Prediction & Prevention Engine. Key activities include: Curating diverse gaming behavior datasets to optimize AI personalization and security responses. Developing ethical AI frameworks to align with BGI Nexus’s mission of beneficial and responsible AI. Building initial predictive cybersecurity models for SafeAI to anticipate phishing, social engineering, and online predation risks.

Deliverables

Data pipeline setup for AI model training using anonymized gaming & cybersecurity datasets. Initial AI prototype development, integrating sentiment analysis, behavioral predictions, and security risk detection. Preliminary UX/UI design for AI Companion’s interactive dashboard.

Success Criterion

AI achieves 75%+ accuracy in behavior and sentiment predictions in controlled testing. Baseline dataset collected and labeled for AI training. Prototype model runs successfully on a test server with initial interactions.

Milestone 2 - AI Development & Beta Deployment

This milestone focuses on full development, integration, and pilot deployment of Valvur AI Companion & SafeAI across test environments. Refinement of AI algorithms for hyper-personalization, cybersecurity prediction, and intervention. Integration of SafeAI threat detection into gaming and social platforms. Beta deployment with a controlled group of 1,000+ users for real-world performance testing.
