Overview

Follow the activity of Twitter folks and the same token holders across chains and applications. Create custom on-chain triggers without code. Find new connections with the same interests.

Proposal Description

Company Name (if applicable)

Stargazer Domains S.L.

How our project will contribute to the growth of the decentralized AI platform

We deliver an API with a structured and labeled on-chain data, connected with an AI agent in a Telegram Bot. This enables users to explore and build on-chain communities, as well as enabling apps to build new AI agents on top of our data infrastructure.

The core problem we are aiming to solve

High fragmentation of user credentials across chains and applications decreases user experience in Web3.

Our specific solution to this problem

We consolidate on-chain credentials and identity solutions into a comprehensive graph data infrastructure with user profiles and on-chain activity. Our social graph agent enables users to navigate through their on-chain connections without coding or chain limitations.

Project details

Stargazer is a cross-chain identity protocol that consolidates multiple wallets/addresses, Web3 names, and on-chain/off-chain credentials across chains and applications owned by the same controller. Currently, we are indexing verified user profiles and their on-chain activity (balances, transactions) across six EVM chains.

The competition and our USPs

Yes

Describe how your solution distinguishes itself from other solutions (if exist) and how it will succeed in the market.

Our closest competitors are on-chain identity aggregators such as PolygonID, IdOS, and Litentry. Our main distinction is that we offer data and infrastructure in one product without requiring additional user actions. Their approach is applicable to a limited number of use cases and has inherent interoperability limitations. Our solution is not a direct competitor, but a complementary tool for any DID market player.

Our team

We have a diverse team with exited founder(Andrii Lytvyn), B2B dealmaker(Max Slyzkoukh), and OLAP system developer(Artem Kurianov). We have a friendly relationship and have known each other for years.

What we still need besides budget?

No

Existing resources we will leverage for this project

Yes

Description of existing resources

We have an MVP of our data infrastructure, which indexes verified user profiles and their on-chain activity (balances, transactions) across six EVM chains. As a participant in startup programs from Alchemy, QuickNode, Covalent, GetBlock, and Microsoft, we have our tech infrastructure deployed and prepaid for Q2 2025 with our current consumption.

How to create more trust for readers

Overall, the 6 milestones presented by the team are highly scientific and do not contain a significant amount of brain technology. I do not doubt the level of technology you apply, but I would like to suggest that there should be a specific time element for each milestone. By doing so, the milestones will be more complete, more realistic, and more effective. More trust from readers. The element of time and duration, in my opinion, should not be absent from each milestone. It is one of the criteria for the viability of the proposal. Please appreciate this comment, thank you.

    Data-Driven Approach to User Authent

Stargazer SL presents a promising solution to the challenge of fragmented user authentication in Web3. Its integrated approach of data and infrastructure, coupled with its interoperable design and experienced team, positions it well for success in the growing DID market. The project's existing resources and partnerships further demonstrate its readiness for execution.

    Additional Points to Consider:

    • Expanding chain support: While currently indexing six EVM chains, expanding support to other popular blockchains could further increase the project's reach and user base.
    • Exploring additional use cases: Beyond community exploration and AI agent development, exploring other potential applications for the structured and labeled on-chain data could further enhance the project's value proposition.
    • Engaging with the Web3 community: Active participation in relevant forums and communities could help raise awareness of Stargazer and attract potential users and partners.

    Should attract more experts/developers

Continuing to attract developers is what I see as one of the must-haves of this proposal. Of course, this proposal has technological superiority (providing data API on the blockchain/connecting AI Telegram bot) but it will never be enough for a technological society that is always changing month by day. . Therefore, if they want to continue to affirm their viability and expand their scale, the team should try to plan to continue attracting developers. Will they be the ones who bring about breakthrough progress for a long time to come?

    Improve quality and promote products

    Improve quality and promote products

I consider user adoption to be vital to the success of the product (underlying the Stargazer cross-chain identity protocol). There may not be many supporters at first, but over time, if the product is of good quality and brings benefits, many users will support it. Then the ability to survive will be enhanced.
Therefore, I want to know more about what the team should do to continue to improve product quality and promote the product on a wider scale?
I highly appreciate the feasibility and usefulness.

A promising solution for known pain point in Web3.

Stargazer presents a promising solution for a known pain point in Web3. Careful planning and execution are required to build a user base, attract developers, and ensure the security and privacy of user data. Demonstrating the value proposition for both users and developers is crucial for success.

    Feasibility:

    • High: The concept of consolidating on-chain data and building an AI agent seems feasible with existing technologies.
    • Strengths: The project builds on existing infrastructure (EVM chains) and leverages established AI chatbot technology.
    • Weaknesses: Data security and privacy considerations need careful attention. Scaling the solution across multiple blockchains may require additional resources.

    Viability:

    • Moderate: Success depends on user adoption, attracting app developers, and addressing potential competition.
    • Strengths: The focus on improving user experience in Web3 can be attractive. Offering data infrastructure and an AI agent can be a valuable package for developers.
    • Weaknesses: Building a user base and convincing developers to integrate with a new platform requires strong marketing and outreach.

    Desirability:

    • Moderate: A solution simplifying Web3 user experience and aiding developer tools can be desirable.
    • Strengths: The all-in-one data and infrastructure offering can be appealing to developers. Users may find the AI agent helpful for navigating on-chain communities.
    • Weaknesses: The value proposition for individual users and the specific functionalities of the AI agent need to be clearly communicated.

    Usefulness:

    • High: Stargazer has the potential to be a valuable tool for both users and developers in the Web3 space.
    • Strengths: Consolidated on-chain data and an AI agent can simplify user experience and streamline development processes.
    • Weaknesses: The project's effectiveness in achieving these goals needs to be demonstrated through user testing and developer adoption.

    Besides, the project should consider:

    • A clear explanation of how the AI agent functions and the benefits it provides for users is crucial.
    • Building a strong developer community with clear documentation and support resources is essential for adoption.
    • A robust security strategy and data privacy practices are necessary to gain user trust.

Here are some strengths of this project:

    • Addresses a clear user pain point in Web3 - fragmented user credentials across chains.
    • Offers a unique combination of data infrastructure and an AI agent for a comprehensive user experience.
    • Positions itself as a complementary tool, potentially collaborating with existing DID solutions.

Here are some challenges to address:

    • Convincing users to adopt a new platform for managing their Web3 identities.
    • Attracting developers to integrate their tools with Stargazer's infrastructure.
    • Ensuring robust security measures and user data privacy practices.

By focusing on user education, developer outreach, and robust security, Stargazer can become a valuable player in simplifying the Web3 experience for both users and developers.
