HELLO there. I want to suggest that a little bit of work should have been put into your milestone approaches. Your single milestone does not give a clear representation of your project description. It would be difficult for the wider DF community transparently assess this proposal.

This proposal clearly does not meet the rules for the Marketing Pool or for the clarity of proposal required in clear deliverables.

Hello friends, please improve the milestones and provide more details about the project. I believe this will help in the evaluation.

    Project lacks transparent details

I would like to draw the attention of the team to the fact that this initiative though a great one, but does not reflect its true value in the proposal submitted. There numerous missing details. I cannot accurately evaluate the feasibility, viability, desirability of even usefulness of this proposal.

The team should do better. Thanks

Wada\'s plan to re-launch their community forum

This proposal outlines Wada's plan to re-launch their community forum with a focus on Web3 education, including AI and SingularityNet integration. Here's a breakdown of its strengths and weaknesses:

    Feasibility:

    • High: Leveraging an existing forum and partnering with Disruptive IT (DIT) increases the project's feasibility.
    • Strengths: Building upon established infrastructure and expertise simplifies implementation.
    • Weaknesses: The proposal lacks details on the specific resources available (e.g., moderators, content creators) to support the re-launch and ongoing education efforts.

    Viability:

    • Moderate: Success depends on attracting and engaging developers and entrepreneurs within the local community, and effectively integrating SingularityNet.
    • Strengths: The focus on education and building a community aligns with long-term Web3 adoption goals.
    • Weaknesses: The proposal lacks details on how the project will measure its success (e.g., forum activity, developer adoption of SingularityNet). Considerations need to be made to ensure SingularityNet integration is relevant and accessible to the target audience.

    Desirability:

    • Moderate-to-High: For developers and entrepreneurs interested in Web3 and AI, this project can be desirable.
    • Strengths: The focus on local needs and equipping participants to build their own businesses can be appealing.
    • Weaknesses: The proposal needs to clearly articulate the value proposition of SingularityNet for the target audience.

    Usefulness:

    • Moderate (in proposal stage): The proposal outlines a valuable initiative for Web3 education in Africa, but lacks details on SingularityNet integration.
    • Strengths: This project has the potential to equip the local developer community with the skills and knowledge to build on the Web3 and AI frontier.
    • Weaknesses: The proposal lacks details on how SingularityNet will be demonstrably useful to the target audience and contribute to the growth of the platform.

    Additional Points:

    • Developing engaging and informative content specifically tailored to the African developer community's needs is crucial.
    • Partnering with local universities or tech companies can expand reach and attract potential participants.
    • Clearly outlining how SingularityNet can be used within the context of local needs and business applications can increase its desirability.

Overall, Wada's Web3 education project has a strong potential to contribute to the growth of the African developer community. However, focusing on creating engaging content, securing necessary resources, and demonstrating the clear value proposition of SingularityNet for the target audience is crucial for its success. By addressing these areas, Wada can create a valuable learning space that fosters Web3 adoption and potentially attracts future contributors to the SingularityNet platform.

Here are some strengths of this project:

    • Focuses on grassroots education and empowering local developers and entrepreneurs in Africa.
    • Leverages an existing forum and partnership with Disruptive IT to facilitate implementation.
    • Aims to integrate SingularityNet into the learning space, potentially expanding its reach and user base.

This does not directly help SingularityNET

To make this project a viable project for SingularityNET, it must focus on outcomes, specifically bringing people to the Ambassador's Program or making it clear how it connects to SNET. Wada has provided excellent educational programs in the past, however, it performs a bit like a UBI program rather than a marketing program, because the outcomes do not benefit the organizations who contribute.
