Thank you for your positive review, Clement.
Overall
Africa is a large region where few people know about SNET and Deepfunding. The project helps provide information about SNET and Deepfunding to the African community.
Your team has many experienced members but does not have experts knowledgeable about SNET and Deepfunding. Who will be in charge of the content for the conference? Information about AI technology is quite complicated to understand. Therefore, the team should consider how to share content so that the community can easily access it.
The conference's goal is to have 3000 participants. That is a large number. We need a promotional strategy to attract the community. The required budget for the event is 20,000 USD. The budget should be more specific and allocated to promotion.
We should also evaluate the effectiveness of this project based on the quality of the output of conference participants. In the long term, what will community group members in Africa contribute to the SNET and Deepfunding ecosystem?
Interesting comment, Mai Pippi, thank you for engaging with our proposal. On the contrary, the team is 100% made of people neck-deep rooted in the SingularityNET and it's spinoff programs including the ambassador's program and deep funding with a minimum of 1 year of very active contribution and experience in the ecosystem. The proposal is born out of an obvious gap we have identified in the global market and one which provides a profound opportunity for SingularityNET to capitalize upon for the expansion of its reach and influence through the deepfunding program. So yeah, we are a contributing part of the ecosystem and have a firm idea of our objectives and its deliverables. Our team is made up of community engagement experts, blockchain and web3 marketing experts as well as program managers collectively capable of delivering on our stated objectives and we invite you to further support this initiative by voting for our proposal as the voting round commences this Monday. Thank you.

The project overall is very interesting.
Beyond the proposal (i would have liked to read more metrics), I think the milestone are really well planned and this can be awesomely done.
Africa has lots of talent, but the macro-culture of the worlds sees them (and us latinos) like people that needs our help. They don't need help, they lack opportunities - and that's why SNET should bet on Africa. Lets give Africa more power to show what its got, let them create their own history.
LATAM (L) Africa.
You have very well said, AleMarinNerd. Indeed, Africa and LATAM share countless similarities that make our communities hotspots for the advancement of emerging technology not as dependants but as contributors as we are home to a very large pool of talent and use cases. We are optimistic we will receive the needed support from the community to make this initiative a success and we invite you to vote for our proposal as the voting round starts this Monday. Up LATAM Africa.

There are two criteria that I highly appreciate: feasibility and usefulness. Organizing conferences is something that many proponents have done and achieved certain success. This proposal is probably the same. It is not new but it is always necessary to spread knowledge and connect the community. Especially for developing areas, people still have many things to worry about in life and lack serious knowledge, so this proposal is even more necessary. Allocating the budget in a reasonable and harmonious way is what I refer to as a rebalancing depending on the work to be done in each milestone. If necessary, the team can present a very small breakdown of the tasks along with the budget for further transparency, especially at milestone number 3 with the outstanding amount of $12,500 several times.

This proposal demonstrates a comprehensive strategy to expand SingularityNET's reach and impact in Africa, leveraging partnerships, community engagement, and tailored programs. The project's focus on nurturing a vibrant community and adapting initiatives to meet the needs of African developers underscores its commitment to fostering local innovation and collaboration. Then, I request in this context an approach for effective execution and scalability which will be essential for long-term success.
The project's feasibility is supported by a detailed strategy that encompasses research, community building, program expansion, and impact assessment. The team's diverse experience and strong network within the African tech ecosystem enhance feasibility, while the allocated budget for each milestone aligns with the proposed activities. Nonetheless, effective execution and adaptation to local contexts will be critical for achieving desired outcomes.
The proposal demonstrates viability through its focus on addressing key challenges such as low awareness of SingularityNET and limited participation in DeepFunding among African developers. By leveraging partnerships, organizing impactful events, and launching localized programs, the project aims to amplify awareness and engagement in the African region. However, maintaining momentum and sustaining community involvement will be essential for long-term viability.
The project's focus on community engagement, program customization, and fostering collaboration resonates with the desires of African developers and tech enthusiasts. By creating SingularityNET clubs in major tertiary institutions, organizing conferences, and launching localized programs, the project aims to provide tangible benefits and opportunities for African developers to contribute to the AI landscape. Ensuring inclusivity and accessibility will be important for maximizing desirability and participation.
The project aims to expand SingularityNET's reach and impact in Africa, a region with untapped talent and emerging tech enthusiasm is indeed useful in the expansion of SingularityNET and Deep funding. Very good idea that the AI/AGI conference was organized with the goal of attracting more than 3000 participants. I guess the majority of these 3,000 people are technology lovers. I wonder what the team will do to maintain people's continued interest in AI SNET technology some time after the conference ends? In fact, there have been a number of similar conferences taking place (on a smaller scale) and after a while, everything returned to the way it was. I affirm the benefits that the conference brings, but think about how you can make that benefit increase many times over and maintain it long term.
So this is the genesis version of this initiative. We will maintain the impact of the conference through virtual townhalls and several other community engagement initiatives aimed at sustaining the impact of the conference and nurturing the leads into the SingularityNET ecosystem and deep funding program. As the voting round begins this coming Monday, I invite you to vote for this proposal to give it wings to fly and make it a success. Thank you for your positive review and support so far.

The 4 detailed milestones made a very good impression on me. The only question I have is about the caliber of partners the team intends to work with to include this proposal. This also plays an important role in the success of the proposal when applied in practice. I would like to see the team present this in more detail, knowing all the participants will create a greater appeal to the African community.
In implementation, we will partner with AI and Blockchain influencers/communities to promote our conference/hackathon. This will give the necessary and relevant visibility to our efforts to expand and introduce the impact of SingularityNET and the DeepFunding program into Africa. Through our operations in the African guild, we have already secured a partnership with African Leadership University and are currently in the process of doing the same with other organizations I cannot mention at this time but we are completely up for this and we have the best hands to make it a resounding success which is why I invite you to give us your vote as the round begins this coming Monday. Thank you.

Reviews and Ratings in Deep Funding are structured in 4 categories. This will ensure that the reviewer takes all these perspectives into account in their assessment and it will make it easier to compare different projects on their strengths and weaknesses.
Overall (Primary)
This is an average of the 4 perspectives. At the start of this new process, we are assigning an equal weight to all categories, but over time we might change this and make some categories more important than others in the overall score. (This may even be done retroactively).
Feasibility (secondary)
This represents the user's assessment of whether the proposed project is theoretically possible and if it is deemed feasible. E.g. A proposal for nuclear fission might be theoretically possible, but it doesn’t look very feasible in the context of Deep Funding.
Viability (secondary)
This category is somewhat similar to Feasibility, but it interprets the feasibility against factors such as the size and experience of the team, the budget requested, and the estimated timelines. We could frame this as: “What is your level of confidence that this team will be able to complete this project and its milestones in a reasonable time, and successfully deploy it?”
Examples:
Desirability (secondary)
Even if the project team succeeds in creating a product, there is the question of market fit. Is this a project that fulfills an actual need? Is there a lot of competition already? Are the USPs of the project sufficient to make a difference?
Example:
Usefulness (secondary)
This is a crucial category that aligns with the main goal of the Deep Funding program. The question to be asked here is: “To what extent will this proposal help to grow the Decentralized AI Platform?”
For proposals that develop or utilize an AI service on the platform, the question could be “How many API calls do we expect it to generate” (and how important / high-valued are these calls?).
For a marketing proposal, the question could be “How large and well-aligned is the target audience?” Another question is related to how the budget is spent. Are the funds mainly used for value creation for the platform or on other things?

The team has outline the members responsible for each role of the project from conducting comprehensive information exploitation in each region in Africa to grasping the situation and strategies to deploying conferences from universities. study as well as the continental AI/AGI conference, however, as for the detailed quantification of the project, the number of target participants and proposed topics need to be clarified or surveys and real values stated. about the number of 3,000 participants to ensure the practicality of the conference. And the team also needs to declare the use of funding in phase 3 - Expanding the Program and Conference about the source. The capital is $12,500. It is necessary to clarify what this capital is used for so that SNET as well as the evaluator community can have a more realistic and transparent view.
* Calculating the value of the proposal brings:
- In general, regarding the value of this project, the media brings high value to the SNET ecosystem, but proposals should pay attention to clarifying the qualitative and quantitative values that the project brings as well as documents to be able to prove the numbers that throughout the project implementation process that the team will ensure can serve as a basis for the effectiveness that the project really brings value to the ecosystem. SNET's status.

Hi Duke. This is a well structured proposal. Judging by your reputation as the Guild lead of the Afrcian Guild of the SNET Ambassadors program, I have no doubts about the capacity of you and your team to deliver on this proposal.
Also, I would add that the establishment of the SingularityNET Africa Community contributes to the expansion and diversity of the SingularityNET ecosystem by engaging with a new and untapped market in Africa. By amplifying awareness and engagement in leading African countries, the project opens up opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and talent development within the AI community.
Also, initiatives such as hackathons, conferences, and town halls, can empowers African developers and entrepreneurs to explore the potential of SingularityNET and contribute to the advancement of AI technologies.
Kudos to your team !
Indeed, Africa presents fertile opportunities for the existing and emerging tech to thrive. With the advancement from AI, to AGI and to ASI, Africa plays home to a vast array of use cases and untapped talent hungry and interested in contributing to the evolution of technology making this the best time for SingularityNET to make an entry into Africa which is why we have created this proposal as the vehicle to make that happen. Of course, it also compliments the giant strides we have already been making in the ambassador program through the African guild. We are confident that this proposal represents the future for SingularityNET and ties into the expansion plans of the foundation which is why we invite you to vote for us to make this initiative a possibility.

By nurturing local innovation, fostering collaboration, and adapting initiatives to meet the needs of African developers, the project can drive innovation and advanced AI applications within the SingularityNET ecosystem.

Thank you.

This plan lays forth a thorough plan for utilizing AI to harness Africa's potential and incorporate it into SingularityNET's global ecosystem. It can have a significant effect and spur creativity in the area if carried out carefully and with a focus on the needs of the community.
The proposal aims to expand SingularityNET's reach and engagement in Africa, a region brimming with untapped AI talent. The focus on partnerships, community initiatives, and events shows a strategic approach to fostering growth and awareness.
While the goals are ambitious, executing large-scale conferences and establishing community clubs may face logistical and operational challenges. However, leveraging existing networks and partnerships can mitigate these hurdles.
The proposal's emphasis on tailored strategies for different African countries and engagement with influencers and institutions demonstrates a realistic plan to attract and retain developers and enthusiasts.
The proposal's alignment with Africa's tech enthusiasm, growing middle class, and thriving startup ecosystem highlights its relevance and potential to address regional AI needs effectively
In addition to solving regional issues, the project seeks to significantly contribute to SingularityNET's growth and innovation through collaboration, localized program creation, and complete impact assessment.
SingularityNET's influence in Africa will be greatly increased and a thriving AI ecosystem will be fostered if the milestones are executed successfully, particularly the continental conference and customized programs.
In anticipation of a successful proposal application, we have already started making on-ground efforts to ensure the successful implementation of this initiative within record time. Indeed, it is audacious but more than that, it is an idea whose time has come and Africa presents multiple great opportunities for the growth of SingularityNET and the Deep Funding program which is why we invite you to vote for this proposal as the round begins this Monday.

In terms of project impact, it demonstrates the potential to disseminate information about the Singularity ecosystem to developers in African countries through online conferences and hackathons. However, what we need here is a detailed budget for this deployment plan, which should be interpreted specifically in terms of labor hours and component costs of event organization. This is necessary to complement the proposal for clarity and transparency.

I am conflicted in writing this discussion since I feel it may be my interpertation of the spirit of DeepFunding and specifically the Pool your proposal is in. My reading is that the intent is to develop awareness of DeepFunding, expand builders and awareness of the "Platform" for AI, among but not limited to those stated. Perhaps I am wrong in my interpertation. Please explain how your proposal is not an extension of the extent Ambassador program and how it aligns with the intent and stated purposes of both DeepFunding rules, SingularityNets guiding principles and specifically the Marketing pool. Thank you.
