Activities will include: Setting up a primary communication platform (e.g. Telegram Discord or Slack). Designing branding materials and community guidelines tailored to robotics enthusiasts and professionals. Initial outreach to build a founding community base through online campaigns and partnerships. Organizing the first virtual orientation event introducing the hub its vision goals and opportunities. Finalizing operational workflows for managing events metrics reporting and hub administration.

Deliverables

Creation and activation of a central communication platform with a minimum of 200 initial members. Branding materials such as logos banners and informational pamphlets published and shared with the community. A completed list of community guidelines approved by the Deep Funding Events Circle. A successfully conducted orientation event with at least 50 participants. Documentation of operational workflows shared with the Events Circle detailing the hub's processes for event management and reporting.

Budget

$2,500 USD

Success Criterion

The primary communication platform is live and engaged with a minimum of 200 community members by the end of this milestone. Branding materials are created and distributed, with at least 90% positive feedback from the initial community members surveyed. A minimum of 50 participants attend the first orientation event, with at least 80% expressing interest in continued involvement. All workflows and community guidelines are finalized and approved by the Deep Funding Events Circle.
