How Our Project Will Contribute To The Growth Of The Decentralized AI Platform

TrueStamp aligns with the BGI mission by promoting transparency, trust, and ethical AI adoption through decentralized, verifiable data certification. It empowers communities to authenticate information, fostering collective intelligence and combating misinformation—key to building a compassionate and abundant future.

Our Team

Our current team consists of a Data Analyst (responsible for research, data validation, market analysis, and insights) and a Fullstack Developer (handling platform architecture, backend, and user interface development). Once we secure the grant, we plan to expand the team by onboarding a Blockchain Developer to manage smart contract integration and on-chain data processing, and an AI/ML Engineer to develop and optimize AI-driven analytics and insights.

The tool will help investors, researchers, and protocol teams assess borrower risk, monitor liquidity, and identify market trends. By streamlining data interpretation, it empowers users to make smarter, data-driven decisions in the DeFi ecosystem.

The core problem we are aiming to solve

Phase 1: Ideation & Research

 

Define Core Features: Data verification process, AI integration, blockchain structure, and user interface.

 

Market & Competitor Analysis: Research existing verification platforms and identify gaps.

 

Technology Stack Selection: Decide on blockchain protocol , AI frameworks (like TensorFlow or PyTorch), and backend/frontend tools.

Key deliverables include creating data dashboards, setting up API connections. Milestone 1 Description: Develop the core infrastructure of the Watermark protocol, focusing on designing the system architecture, building smart contracts for recording borrower data, and creating the reputation scoring algorithm.

The key deliverable for this milestone is building the foundational layer of the Watermark protocol, designed to bring transparency and accountability to on-chain credit markets. This includes: 1. Watermark Protocol Architecture: Designing a robust system for recording and verifying borrower and lender interactions on-chain. 2. Reputation Scoring Engine: Creating an on-chain algorithm that assigns dynamic reputation scores based on wallet activity, repayment history, and protocol engagements. 3. Smart Contract Development: Deploying secure and transparent contracts to ensure accurate data tracking and score assignment. 4. User Interface (UI): Building a dashboard for lenders, borrowers, and protocols to view reputation scores and credit insights. 5. Protocol Integration: Connecting the Watermark system with existing undercollateralized lending protocols for real-time data aggregation. 6.
