Overview

A web 3 enabled platform that incorporates into its infrastructure, blockchain payment, rewards, reputation and zero knowledge cryptography to facilitate medical consultation between patients and healthcare practitioners. It allows users the highest forms of anonymity with users only needing to sign up using their wallet addresses. Users are also entitled to a personalized electronic health record system (an in-drive folder) that contains their confidential information and can be accessed using their unique cryptographic IDs. It will also provide a platform where people can earn reputation and ASI token rewards by uploading and engaging on sought after health information on the platform.

QHEDA HEALTH aims to solve the challenge of limited availability of health professionals by providing a platform for secure and private medical consultations. In addition, considering the local context within this solution will thrive, our preliminary findings have shown that ppatients are more keen on being fully expressive when their identity is well masked. Our solution which incorporates avatars for Doctor-Patient matching services, will ensure users confidence are preserved during consultation processes, thereby facilitating a more expressive session from our patient side of view, as well as a more comprehensive sessions from our doctors' side of view.

Milestone 1 - API Calls & Hostings

Description

This milestone represents the required reservation of 25% of your total requested budget for API calls or hosting costs. Because it is required we have prefilled it for you and it cannot be removed or adapted.

Deliverables

You can use this amount for payment of API calls on our platform. Use it to call other services or use it as a marketing instrument to have other parties try out your service. Alternatively you can use it to pay for hosting and computing costs.

    Legal issue

    I highly appreciate the ability to secure information and protect the privacy of participants. This is the advantage of this proposal, it is considered the strongest point to create trust and create usefulness for the community. But besides the technical issues, there are also legal issues in the host country where this proposal is applied? The team should thoroughly review the legal issues before applying them in practice.

    I need the team to point out which milestones are the most important among the nine milestones the team presented. Because it shows the team's understanding of its own product, and helps the community better understand its importance. In my assessment, it seems that all milestones have an equally important role. I would absolutely support this proposal if I could see the timelines presented at each milestone.

    Very important yet very complex infrastructure

    Usefulness

    The proposed platform will utilize AI services but they are not on the front of the project. Most of the funding is allocated to other elements. Also, even in the best case scenario the platform utilization would come only after a relatively long period of time.  Open source is a big plus as all the valuable pieces are freely utilizable.

    On the other hand, the full fledged QHEDA would provide a lot of opportunities for many types of integrations of individual AI services directly as well as other health related apps that use SNET AI in their backends.

     

    Desirability

    QHEDA would be a valuable infrastructure for many people across the globe who for whatever reason would like to utilize a privacy preserving universally accessible healthcare platform. It would introduce robustness and equality into healthcare as a whole and also act as an insurance against regionally corrupted healthcare systems in the world. 

     

    Feasibility

    Tremendously large endeavor with countless moving pieces that will get more light only after the milestone 3. Details on things such as reward schemes, ZK technology and other security related design questions are completely unknown. This product will not be built quickly, cost overruns are very possible and, in my view, the budget is not very large for this size of project.

     

    Viability

    The listed team members cover multiple areas of expertise needed and they have built valuable products in the past but when it comes to construction of a full scale healthcare platform with mission critical components related to people’ health data, much more information should be available.

    Qheda: Health and challenges

    The project brings a lot of potential in improving privacy and health information security through blockchain technology and coding space knowledge. However, I think: The project also faces significant challenges. First of all, the widespread acceptance of blockchain in health is still limited, due to lack of understanding and trust from users and health service providers. Moreover, legal regulations related to health data are very strict, and ensuring compliance with these regulations requires significant efforts and resources. Regardless of AI integration and designer design can enhance the experience, but the legal challenges and the building of trust in the medical community should be thoroughly resolved to ensure success and success.
