Project details

The core problem we aim to address revolves around the lack of localized onboarding resources and knowledge about SNet in the LATAM region. LATAM, one of the world's largest developer hubs, is yet to fully embrace the possibilities that the SNet ecosystem offers. This issue is primarily rooted in the absence of accessible guidance, educational materials, and engagement opportunities tailored to the region.

Our solution is to create a comprehensive and dynamic six-month initiative designed to empower builders and innovators within LATAM to seamlessly onboard into the SNet community. We believe that by focusing on builders, we can stimulate innovation and foster a thriving ecosystem within the region. This Effort will be carried out in 3 LATAM cities simultaneously, from Argentina.

Here's how we plan to achieve this:

  • SNET Builders Bootcamp: We will conduct an Intro to SNet Bootcamp. This intensive program will provide participants with the skills and knowledge needed to understand the basics of SNet and the benefits of building on it.
  • SNet Builders Competition: As the culmination of our initiative, we will host a Builders Idea competition. This event will encourage participants to collaborate, innovate, and develop projects within the SNET ecosystem. All participants will write their own SNet Proposal and the best ones will receive prizes.

What makes our solution unique is its concentrated effort on localizing the onboarding process for LATAM builders. By addressing the specific needs of this region, we aim to create a self-sustaining ecosystem of builders who can contribute to SNet's growth and development. The project's beneficiaries include aspiring builders, and innovators in LATAM who will gain the knowledge and resources needed to actively participate in the SNet community.

This initiative is crucial to SNet because it unlocks the immense potential of LATAM, tapping into a pool of talent and creativity that can drive innovation within the SNet ecosystem. By fostering a strong, informed, and engaged community of builders, we not only enrich the SNet ecosystem but also strengthen its global presence and impact. This initiative aligns with SNet's mission of creating a decentralized and inclusive future and extends its reach into a region ripe with untapped potential.

The positive impact of our project on the wider SNet community is multifaceted and significant. By focusing on localized onboarding and engagement in LATAM, our initiative contributes to the broader SNet ecosystem in several ways:

  • Expanded Developer Base: Our project aims to attract and onboard new builders and developers from LATAM into the SNet community. This influx of fresh talent and innovative perspectives strengthens the overall developer base, increasing the capacity for building and improving SNet's ecosystem.

  • Increased Innovation: With a more diverse and geographically distributed community, SNet can expect to see a surge in innovation. LATAM builders bring unique experiences and ideas that can lead to the creation of novel projects, applications, and solutions within the SNet ecosystem.
  • Global Reach: LATAM is a significant region with a vast population of +600 Million People. Engaging builders from this region enhances SNet's global reach, diversifying its user and developer base and broadening its influence in emerging markets.
  • Demonstrable Impact: By measuring metrics such as increased participation in events, the number of projects developed, and engagement in the LATAM region, we can provide evidence of the impact generated by our project. Also, if succesfull, this can be replicated in other LATAM countries or in other regions of the world.
  • Ecosystem Resilience: A more geographically diverse community can help enhance the resilience and decentralization of the SNet ecosystem. This aligns with SNet's core principles of decentralization and inclusivity.

In summary, our project's positive impact on the wider SNet community is manifested through a larger, more diverse, and engaged developer base, increased innovation, a broader global reach. It contributes to SNet's vision of a decentralized, inclusive, and innovative blockchain platform with a global presence.

Its little details in a proposal that typically demonstrates the confusion of thought, insight and clarity. My point is in your proposal which constantly uses the term Latam makes the reader think oh all of South and Central Amaerica. In reading though your proposal is for venues in only 3 cities in Argentina. So it is not Latam but Argentina - 3 cities. The real confusion enteres in your Milestone where you mention "in both countries". Where are you actually thinking of? Also please address how your proposal meets the primary rule: "Proposals must support the growth of the decentralized AI platform and align with SingularityNET’s mission of developing a democratic, beneficial, and decentralized Artificial General Intelligence.

Equipping the LATAM community with knowledge

The proposal has high feasibility and viability. To help the LATAM community actively participate in SNET the team will equip 6 months with knowledge and resources, directly empowering builders and innovators in LATAM. The team's solution is clearly defined, the team organized 3 high-impact events in 3 Argentinian cities encouraging the active participation of AI technology developers participating in the SingularityNET ecosystem and Deep Funding.
    1. Feasibility:
The group has a clear implementation plan and goals, this is demonstrated through the group's reasonable allocation of time and budget to organize educational events to attract 100 attendees, I think the group is completely achievable.
The skills, experience, and credibility of team members demonstrated through successful event execution and community building, will further strengthen the feasibility of this proposal.
The goal of organizing events in 3 LATAM cities, from Argentina seems feasible, however, the group must ensure appropriate specific plans, speakers present quality content, easy to listen to, and easy to understand. understand how to attract community participation.
    2. Viability:
Successful implementation of this proposal depends on training and empowering builders and innovators in LATAM to seamlessly participate in the SingularityNET community. This proposal can be long-lasting and bring many benefits to the ecosystem through the team attracting more technology developers to participate and launch new SNET projects. The team should continuously measure the number of event attendees and participant feedback so they can make adjustments to maintain seamless project operations.
    3. Desire:
LATAM is one of the world's fastest-growing hubs, home to many developers passionate about AI technology and cryptocurrency, but their lack of local introductory knowledge and resources about SNet hinders participation. That is why educational proposals like these should be funded and implemented in LATAM to address the challenges and directly empower SingularityNET application and learning technology developers.
    4. Usefulness:
This proposal is really useful for AI technology developers in LATAM, they address the need for lack of localized educational resources. Events held in 3 Argentinian cities, helps to increase understanding and encourage active participation of developers in the SingularityNET and deep funding ecosystem.
