Proposal Description

How our project will contribute to the growth of the decentralized AI platform

Our project will boost the AI platform's growth by enhancing SingularityNET's decentralization and security through new nodes in LATAM, expanding computing capacity for complex AI tasks, and fostering regional engagement. By incentivizing participation with AGIX/ASI tokens, we create a dedicated community. This integration of local talent and global networks accelerates innovation, drives adoption, and strengthens SingularityNET's position in the AI and blockchain sectors.

The core problem we are aiming to solve

We'll aim to solve the limited regional representation within the Cardano blockchain and the SingularityNET ecosystem. Currently, the concentration of nodes in specific regions poses risks to network security, reliability, and overall resilience. Centralization limits the diversity of participation and slows down the adoption and innovation of AI technologies in underrepresented areas.

The AI platform faces challenges in computing capacity, which restricts the development and deployment of complex AI models and applications. Without sufficient computational resources, the growth and effectiveness of the AI ecosystem are hindered.

Our project addresses these issues by establishing an AGIX/ASI @SingularityNET LATAM Stake Pool Operator. By creating new nodes and expanding computing capacity in the LATAM region, we enhance the decentralization and security of the Cardano network. This initiative encourages local participation, bringing diverse perspectives and talents into the ecosystem, driving innovation and adoption of AI technologies.

    Step towards sustainability

Unlike many of the other grants for programs, the LATAM group is not just asking for money, but they actually have a programme which will allow them to become self-sustainable over time. This is an appropriate way to show both their technical expertise and capbabilities to create a long-term plan. Great idea.
