Milestone 1 - Phase 1

Description

Planning and Design The first milestone focuses on establishing a solid foundation for the project through careful planning and design. This phase involves defining the project requirements, setting clear objectives, and designing the platform architecture and user interface. A well-structured roadmap for development, testing, and deployment will be created to ensure smooth progress in subsequent phases. Key tasks include: • Conducting a detailed analysis of educational needs and challenges in coding education to define the platform’s core functionalities. • Collaborating with stakeholders to align the project goals with the expectations of the SingularityNET community and end users. • Designing the system architecture to ensure scalability, adaptability, and seamless integration of features such as real-time feedback, gamification, and natural language processing. • Creating initial UI/UX mockups to visualize the platform’s user journey and ensure an intuitive, user-friendly experience. • Outlining a step-by-step development timeline with defined deliverables and checkpoints for tracking progress. Deliverables: • A comprehensive project specification document detailing functionalities, technical requirements, and educational objectives. • Approved system architecture design, ensuring compatibility with MeTTa and Hyperon infrastructure. • Mockups and wireframes for the platform’s interface, showcasing its interactive and engaging design.

Deliverables

1. Comprehensive Project Specification Document This document will outline the platform’s core functionalities, technical requirements, and educational objectives. It will include a detailed description of features such as real-time feedback, gamified learning, personalized learning paths, and natural language processing. The specification will also define user personas, use cases, and success metrics to ensure that the platform meets the needs of its intended audience. 2. System Architecture Design A scalable and adaptable architecture will be created to support the platform’s functionalities and ensure compatibility with SingularityNET’s MeTTa programming language and Hyperon infrastructure. This design will include component diagrams, data flow models, and integration points for real-time feedback, NLP, and gamification features. 3. UI/UX Mockups and Wireframes Initial visual designs will illustrate the platform’s user interface and user experience. These mockups will showcase the interactive elements of the platform, including the learning dashboard, coding environment, and gamified progress tracking. The designs will emphasize ease of use, intuitive navigation, and engaging visuals to enhance the learning experience. By delivering these outputs, the project will establish a clear vision and roadmap, laying a strong foundation for successful development and implementation in subsequent phases.

Budget

$10,000 USD

Success Criterion

The success of Phase 1 will be measured by the completion and quality of the deliverables, ensuring that the planning and design phase provides a strong foundation for the platform’s development. The criteria are designed to evaluate whether the objectives of this phase have been met effectively and align with the project’s overarching goals. 1. Comprehensive Project Specification Document • The document should clearly define the platform’s functionalities, technical requirements, and educational objectives, providing a detailed roadmap for development. • It must include user personas, use cases, and measurable success metrics that align with coding education needs and the SingularityNET community’s expectations. 2. System Architecture Design • The architecture must demonstrate scalability, adaptability, and seamless integration of core features, including real-time feedback, NLP, and gamification. • Compatibility with MeTTa programming language and Hyperon infrastructure should be validated through stakeholder review and feedback. 3. UI/UX Mockups and Wireframes • Mockups must effectively visualize the user journey, showcasing an intuitive and user-friendly interface. • Designs should include all major components (learning dashboard, coding environment, progress tracker) and meet usability standards. 4. Stakeholder Approval • All deliverables must be reviewed and approved by stakeholders to confirm that the project is on track and aligned with its goals.
