    - The 5 milestones of the project are fully allocated by the team in terms of time, tasks, project implementation plan, and budget allocation quite reasonably. However, I think to increase transparency for this project, the team should add a specific timeline such as the date, month of implementation, and the completion of each milestone. In addition, the team should separate specific budget allocations for each project implementation activity instead of just allocating budgets for each milestone.
