Overview

Proposal Description

Company Name (if applicable)

eHealthAI

Full Project Proposal

Yes

Please explain how this future proposal will help our decentralized AI platform grow and how this ideation phase will contribute to that proposal.

Once the project can be fully developed, the entire SML ecosystem in production can be executed on the decentralized network. The ideation stage serves to prepare the base, skeleton and scheme of the system with one's own resources, plus the objective resources in the DFR4.

Clarify what outcomes (if any) will stop you from submitting a complete proposal in the next round.

There are no apparent limitations, beyond not being able to have sufficient resources to train the SML and put it into inference.

What’s optimal benefit the proposal wants to bring

I do not underestimate the topic that the team raised, it is closely related to the problems of modern society. What I want to know (biggest question) is from the team's perspective, what is the optimal benefit to the community that this proposal brings? And is it easy to implement into real life or does most of it still exist on desks (in the form of ideas)? I understand the author's efforts, it seems like the team still has a lot of work to do to make the product complete.

    Project Proposal Needs Improvement

The project proposal requires significant improvement. It is unclear how this project would benefit the SingularityNET and Deepfunding platforms. The author should invest more effort in presenting the project in a clear and concise manner. It is not evident how the project would be specifically beneficial to the community, and there is no clear explanation of how the requested funding of $5,000 would be effectively utilized. It is recommended that the project be given more time for further development and refinement.

Decentralized Small Language Model for Healthcare

This project to develop a decentralized Small Language Model (SLM) specialized in healthcare receives a two-star rating for me. While the concept of a decentralized language model for the healthcare sector shows potential, the lack of specific details about the training methodology, decentralized implementation, and node infrastructure for execution diminishes its impact. To achieve its goal, the project needs greater clarity in planning and execution, as well as concrete evidence of its feasibility and effectiveness on the Edge and decentralized devices.

The proposal still has a lot to add?

Currently, there is still a sketchiness in the presentation of milestones - even though there are only 2 milestones. The author should invest more carefully in presentation to bring to the community the most detailed and complete proposal possible. Perhaps the author is trying to do that. It is necessary to go into detail and present what needs to be done so that everyone can understand clearly.

Promising Decentralized SLM Proposal in Healthcare

The creation of a healthcare-focused Small Language Model (SLM) with an emphasis on decentralization is described in this proposal. To maintain privacy, this SLM is intended to be run on a decentralized network. The proposal explains the issue, the solution, and the team's resources straightforwardly and succinctly. But when it comes to several critical areas that are essential to the project's success, including scalability and market fit, it falls short.

    Feasibility:

Considering the resources and knowledge that are currently available in eHealth AI, the project is feasible. Creating a decentralized supply chain management system for the healthcare industry is a difficult but doable task, particularly if you have access to computer power and blockchain knowledge. On the other hand, any difficulties in scaling up the SLM's deployment and training need to be properly considered.

    Viability:

The project is viable because of the team's experience and available resources, but further information is required to determine whether the market is ready for a decentralized SLM in the healthcare industry. Comprehending the competitive environment and possible collaborations with healthcare providers or establishments may improve the project's feasibility. Furthermore, the budgetary allotment for the construction of the architecture appears appropriate; however, it might need to be modified in light of the real requirements.

    Desirability:

The idea responds to a pertinent and urgent need for AI privacy-preserving healthcare solutions. On the other hand, a more thorough examination of user requirements, feedback systems, and adoption tactics would improve the desirability component. Conducting market research, creating user interaction techniques, and investigating prospective user personas could enhance the project's attractiveness.

    Usefulness:

The project's ability to add a customized SLM for healthcare to the decentralized AI platform is a clear indication of its utility. Nevertheless, more precise criteria for gauging impact—like adoption rates among healthcare professionals or better patient outcomes—would offer a more tangible comprehension of the project's utility. Widespread adoption would also depend on guaranteeing interoperability with current healthcare systems.

    Key Elements of Success:
    1. Working together with blockchain specialists to guarantee safe and effective decentralized implementation.
    2. comprehensive market research and integration of user feedback to match the SLM with actual healthcare requirements.
    3. Planning for scalability to handle future expansion and rising demand.
    4. To iterate and enhance the efficacy of the SLM, performance data is continuously monitored and evaluated.
    Vital Suggestions for Efficient Distribution:
    1. To confirm that a decentralized SLM is necessary in the healthcare industry, do in-depth market research and user questionnaires.
    2. Create a thorough roadmap with methods for regulatory compliance, scalability, and user uptake.
    3. Work together with industry experts and healthcare stakeholders to guarantee adherence to industry best practices and standards.
    4. To keep the SLM functioning and reliable, allocate resources for regular maintenance, updates, and security assessments.

    Feasibility of the proposal

The proposal contains quite high expectations, attracting readers. But what the team plans to implement seems to be not commensurate with expectations. I think the team still has a lot of work to do to make this proposal a reality. Not to mention whether it was actually successful or not, or how many %.
I do not see any specific explanation for the effective use of the required capital of 5,000 USD.
Perhaps more time is needed for the team to gradually improve.

    The project concept is ambitious

The project concept is ambitious and has the potential to be highly desirable and useful. However, significant technical and financial challenges need to be addressed before a complete proposal can be submitted.

    Feasibility

    • Technical Challenge: Developing a production-ready SML for decentralized execution is highly ambitious.
    • Decentralized Training: Training an SML in a decentralized manner presents significant challenges in data security, resource allocation, and coordination.
    • Ideation Stage: The proposal seems focused on the ideation stage, which is feasible with minimal resources. However, transitioning to a full-fledged system will require significant investment.

    Viability

    • Project Timeline: The timeline for achieving a fully functional decentralized SML ecosystem is likely to be lengthy.
    • Resource Requirements: Significant resources will be required for development, training data, and infrastructure for decentralized execution.

    Desirability

    • Privacy-Preserving AI: The concept of a privacy-preserving SML is highly desirable, especially for applications handling sensitive data.
    • Decentralized Execution: The idea of decentralized execution aligns with the growing interest in blockchain and Web3 technologies.

    Usefulness

    • Data Privacy: A decentralized SML could offer a secure way to train and run AI models without compromising user data privacy.
    • Accessibility: Decentralization could potentially make SMLs more accessible to a wider range of users and developers.

    Outcomes Stopping a Complete Proposal

    • Lack of Resources: Insufficient resources to train the SML and develop the decentralized infrastructure would be a major hurdle.
    • Technical Challenges: Unforeseen technical obstacles in decentralized training or execution could derail the project.

    Besides, the project should consider:

    • Focus on Feasibility: For the next round, consider focusing on a more feasible initial stage, such as a proof-of-concept demonstrating decentralized training of a small-scale SML.
    • Phased Approach: Outline a phased development plan with clear milestones and resource requirements.
    • Community Building: Engage with the decentralized AI and SML communities to explore potential collaborations and resource sharing.

THIS PROJECT PROPOSAL IS LESS INFORMATION.

I think the way you describe the project is not clear. In the near future, I do not see how your project will help this platform operate and develop better. What I need in your project proposal is a more specific roadmap, to help readers understand more about the goal you are aiming for.
You also did not present the solution to this proposal carefully. You provided too little information and limited my ability to objectively evaluate the project you are proposing. You also showed important milestones, but in general, they all lacked specific information and a detailed plan so that I could evaluate it as feasible.
I'm also not impressed with the staff you put in place for this project. At least you must let me see what your company has done in the past, so that we can understand that the staff is competent and has enough experience to develop the project properly.
I think you should learn from experience and add more information so that the project can develop and succeed.
