Overview

Create a consistent collaborative environment where we are evolving with the times of what is needed for Singularity's AI. This environment will harness a cooperative funding and personnel between NJ's and NY's government is looking for private and public sector collaborations. I want to assemble teams to participate in the opportunities these states are creating: NY with "Empire AI" bringing $400 million in funding. NJ will create a $4.5million dollar AI challenge for innovators that want to change the world for a better place, NJ has the most scientists and engineers per square mile. NJ will have $500k for international students to provide pathways and $2 million to public schools too.

I do not want to formally review or rate your project until you have time to develop your proposal. First your Milestones make no sense. Second you need a Bio on yourself. Third I think you are in the wrong pool from the way I read your Overview. Please let me know when you can develop your project idea.

Oh Jeees Tommy Frey, Would you calm yourself, This is Robert Bedoya from NJ, the Assemblyman for the GOP.  Next time answer your text messages, will ya buddy...   The timing is of the essence to say the least, the state of NJ and states are looking for leaders and trust in leading AI and AGI.  I surely do not believe it is Altman's crew and me not being employed is favoritism to them.    "We need people who have their heads on straight working in the projects that understand global politics as well, as the what is at stake with USA harnessing or not harnessing."  But hey you think I am in the wrong pool maybe I am....  Who knows, I'll  talk to Judith and Peter.  I don't think so, on the other hand, where do you want people to develop and get together and work, in huts on the street corner.....?

Surely, Milestone #2 the payment there is to secure a place to work and gather since we are talking about a State having a program to develop in the state for the state, people have said there should be a company ready to liason and to me that is a given then Singularity should take over being benefactor in aide while exchanging personnel of robotic embodiement, control algorithms, visual learning, language & dialogue, cognitive modeling, behavorial research and planning policy, creating agreements between however many involved.  In the milestone #2 is the place where we call Singularity's specific collab shop, should come very fast after seeing what is the smartest move for a safe Open Work Space.  Also we will be getting ready being in Service with NY early on in their possible transitions.  Further more, really I would like to be an "arm" for Singularity cultivating these agreement deals, also a flow of a younger generation becoming Singulatarians with good different combination events I see down the line as well.

Ambitious Collaboration Goals Need Clear Execution

This project is an ambitious goals but needs clearer execution plan of fostering collaboration between New Jersey and New York governments for Singularity's AI advancement. However, it lacks specific details on execution strategies, participant selection criteria, and benefit distribution, which are crucial for clarity and effectiveness.

I would go a little deeper and review the link that I put there and feasibility, viability, desirability by users and for development covering usefullness, is well covered, there is about 5 hours of all that there.  Please let us know if and when you have finished those videos; to take some hopefully adjusted questions.  Thank you !!   I think it would be helpful for you to mind that the requests for AI work to be done won't be going unanswered and any nonpresentation in places is representation for Altman's crew.

Commit a long-term relationship is difficult

Currently, the public identity only stops at the project owner, AGIXBOB9. Do you plan to stick with this proposal long term after DeepFundingRound4 ends? The answer to this question will further verify the author's seriousness in implementing the proposal.
My advice with this interesting proposal is that you should go for the long haul with your product, whether the proposal is funded or not. I appreciate its feasibility and look forward to having your product completed soon.

Oh yes definately,  This is for very long term like five to ten years and longer.  I am planning on dedicating a minimum of two years,  seeing how things grow to five years imploring the company and people grow to ten years and beyond.  The end vision should encompass having Singularity build a State of the Art building as well.  Thank you!!

Many important details need to be added

The team stated the amount of funding requested in two milestones quite clearly, but what was shown in the proposal was not commensurate with that amount. My suggestion is that we should add the company name, go deeper into project details, and publicize more information about team members. These are the essentials of a standard proposal. I wait for the team to do better in the future.

yah......      hold on a sec.  This is to pay to get the teams, or someone else will and our teams interacted with.  I am the one with all the reputation credentials needed and right now there is only me spearheading this with talks I am having on the sides.  I have help on my end which is a vast network called the GOP which I am a leader of in NJ and these matters fall under common agreed upon ground to work on from both parties, which for everyone to know is very nice and good.  And I am not sure if you are reading the comment answers from supplied to others.  I   Also I will dedicate at leats 2 years here to this specifically growing to hopefully others states!  highly involved, to 5 to 10 years.  TYVM for your question!!  Because I already smash Altman like Dr Ben G. ♥   Have a very nice day!!

    Collaborative Expansion for Singularity\'s AI

    Feasibility:

This proposal presents a workable strategy for fostering cooperation between the governments of New Jersey and New York while utilizing substantial financial and human resources for artificial intelligence initiatives.

    Viability:

The plan, which is supported by significant government financing and assistance, presents promising chances for collaboration between the public and commercial sectors. Its viability is increased by the focus on cross-pollination and making use of current connections.

    Desirability:

Promoting inclusivity and collaboration in AI research is a great idea since it addresses important problems, including a lack of vision, trust, and leadership. Its attractiveness is increased by the emphasis on variety and the ongoing assistance provided to creative enterprises.

    Usefulness:

The project\'s value is demonstrated by its capacity to establish a varied and welcoming ecosystem for AI innovation, present practical examples, and offer ongoing assistance through a global network. It aligns well with Singularity\'s objectives.

    Success Elements:
    1. strong cooperation between academia, business, and government.
    2. drawing heavily on resources and money from the governments of New York and New Jersey.
    3. Emphasize inclusivity, diversity, and ongoing funding for AI initiatives.
    4. simplified execution thanks to current alliances and contacts.
    Suggestions for Efficient Distribution:
    1. All parties engaged should have their roles and duties well defined.
    2. Create a solid platform for cooperation and communication.
    3. Make sure that project progress and funding distribution are transparent.
    4. Track and assess the project\'s effects on workforce development and AI innovation.

ompany name & members\' background profiles

During waiting time, the team should add the company name, this is also an important part of marketing.
There is also a need to add the resumes of the project owner and members, instead of just the current Username (this suggestion of mine is related to transparency).
This idea is good, needs more time to develop it.

It addresses a critical need but faces challenges

    Feasibility

    • Challenge: Fostering collaboration and trust among diverse stakeholders (public, private, individuals) is a complex and long-term endeavor.
    • Measurability: Demonstrating the project's impact on collaboration, trust, and fear reduction can be challenging.

    Viability

    • Resource Dependence: The project relies on buy-in from leaders and securing resources for a global network.
    • Sustainability: Maintaining a global support network requires ongoing resources and commitment.

    Desirability

    • Crucial Need: Increased collaboration and trust are essential for responsible AI development and adoption.
    • Addressing Concerns: The focus on job creation, fairness, and innovation aligns with public interest in AI's positive impact.

    Usefulness

    • Positive Impact: The project can promote responsible AI by fostering collaboration and addressing public concerns.
    • Ecosystem Building: A well-functioning ecosystem can support diverse AI projects and accelerate innovation.

    Besides, the project should consider:

    • Start Local: Begin by building a collaborative ecosystem within a smaller, manageable region (e.g., New Jersey) before scaling globally.
    • Focus on Achievable Goals: Set specific, measurable goals for the initial phase (e.g., number of partnerships formed, projects launched).
    • Building Trust: Showcase successful examples of AI creating jobs and positive societal impact, especially in New Jersey.
    • Phased Approach: Develop a phased approach with a clear roadmap for expanding the network and support services.

By focusing on initial successes and building trust within a smaller region, the project can demonstrate its feasibility and gain momentum for a broader impact.

CREATIVE IDEA BUT NEEDS MORE INFORMATION

I think this project's proposal has a pretty good and creative idea. Creating a platform that can grow in the future is a potential and realistic idea. The proponent of this project also shows a clear goal that he pursues and tries to solve the core problem of creating more jobs and aiming for the benefit of many people. But I hope to see more detail in your project proposal, for example you will add more about the proposed team's solution to the problem you are facing, so that readers will have a more objective view to be able to evaluate your project more deeply. Although I see that you are experienced in the community, I think you still need to provide more information about the members who will work with you on this project, from which the feasibility will be assessed based on the results such as: work experience, working capacity, ability to cooperate between your team... I look forward to seeing your project complete and develop in the best way.
