This RFP invites proposals to explore the integration of LLMs into the MOSES evolutionary algorithm. This innovation challenges the dominance of resource-rich organizations like Two Sigma Investments, JPMorgan Chase, and Renaissance Technologies by democratizing access to powerful trading tools that were once exclusive to major financial players.

Exceptions & Non-Open Components

While the majority of Singular AI will be AGPL v3-compliant, there are a few exceptions for components requiring proprietary or third-party integrations to maintain security, efficiency, or functionality. These include:

API Integrations for Data Feeds: Certain market data feeds, due to licensing restrictions, will utilize proprietary APIs.

Encryption and Security Modules: Proprietary encryption libraries or modules may be used to enhance data security, especially where open-source alternatives cannot provide equivalent protection.

    Unclear whether trading is tradfi or defi? In particular, the proposal references bringing “ institutional-grade trading intelligence into a decentralized, accessible environment.” While the core features and objectives make sense as goals, it is unclear to me how “Singular AI processes complex data at speeds traditionally limited to the largest financial institutions, giving individual traders the power to compete at an institutional level” especially given overhead related to AGI processing. Is the proposal targeting high-frequency trading? What specific AGI-powered tools are being targeted? All sounds great, but where are the details?
