Summary
Zero2AI has been on the cutting edge of making AI consumable on smartphones without sacrificing privacy and ensuring Trust by storing all interactions on chain and packaging the consumer apps as NFTs. We are currently engaged in bridging the HuggingFace eco-system to SNET to 10x the supply side of AI services. We have also launched V2 of our app creation service - “
” an idea to app creation service in literally seconds. We orchestrate State-of-the-Art foundational models to enable hobbyists, creators, learners, and gig-workers to create applications that have never been possible before – right on their phone!
This proposal aims to create a framework that will make all SNET services accessible as building blocks to be orchestrated as users create AI apps. We expect this will create an explosion of AI apps which will drive demand for SNET AI services, allow service creators to make money and fulfill the vision of a truly composable AI future. Once this power is available at the hands of a creative mass audience - a true AI revolution is possible.

The Problem to be Solved
SingularityNET AI marketplace has a rich set of services but is a well-kept secret, requiring advanced technical skills to consume them broadly. With the coming HuggingFace eco-system on-boarding automation and other Deep Funding projects we expect the number of services to increase many folds in the coming months. The challenge then shifts to using these services effectively and gearing up for mass adoption. A service that caters to a non-technical audience and can automatically generate AI apps from simply an users' stated intentions is needed to fill the void. Appstorm from Zero2AI is exactly the right service at the right time to reach a mass audience.
Our Solution
We orchestrate State-of-the-Art foundational models to enable hobbyists, creators, learners, and gig-workers to create applications that have never been possible before – right on their phone! We believe the benefits of AI should reach everyone and anyone should be able to join the AI economy.
Appstorm allows users to create, play and share (and impress) and own their AI apps. An invisible elastic cloud service with "Trust", Web3 and marketplace hooks makes the experience seamless. This proposal intends to augment our service by auto-discovering and making available all SNET services (current and future) as building blocks to be orchestrated as users' ideas or intents are expressed as AI apps. For example if an unique OpenCog service or Knowledge Graph provides reasoned analysis of market events, a "Tell-me-Why" user app will orchestrate the appropriate services to create a truly differentiated app. The user experience will be exactly like what the
illustrates just augmented by powerful SNET building blocks underneath.
Marketing Strategy
Current Appstorm launch strategy is focusing on specific audience cohorts such as creators/ influencers, small businesses and students because these are non tech early adopters who can see both entertainment and commercial value. Selecting limited cohorts allows us sharp positioning and efficiency in marketing dollars as we develop the product further and improve the market fit. Initial channels are a mix of organic owned media such as social platforms, blogs and closed university and professional networks. In addition to this, we are employing paid media channels such as digital marketing on Google Ads, Meta using video and static ads, besides employing micro influencers within the cohorts. In stages, we will expand the sandbox by adding further cohorts in our targeting mix, eventually opening the product up to the entire universe of consumers
In 3-4 months we plan to announce SNET services integration to create richer AI applications.
Competition: We believe we are significantly ahead. The barrier to entry in AI is already high, combined with Web3 increases the degree of difficulty by an order of magnitude. We are protected by a US patent and already supported by the SNET eco-system. We have technical partners that allow us to innovate faster.

Risk and Mitigation
This project presents low risks for three reasons:
1. Experienced team in AI, Web3 and cloud infrastructure and combined 12+ patents and 40 years of industry experience. Founding team is actively involved in fundamental AI research.
2. The Appstorm app generation service is already launched and is designed for scale. There is an on-going GTM already in process.
3. Identified partners for AI frameworks to collaborate with.
That being said we have identified three risk areas:
1. Implementation risk: We will mitigate by doing a prototype and refining our design before we proceed. We have multiple options that are on the table and we can easily switch.
2. Broad AI services may be subject to increased regulatory scrutiny in the near future: We at Zero2AI already provide immutable audit trails, watermarked content, wallet encrypted content etc. and believe we have anticipated most statutory changes coming our way.
3. The AI landscape may change with respect to APIs, licensing etc. We already have plans for fully off-cloud private mini-LLMs that will insulate end-user apps from market-forces and truly allow self-sovereign apps and data.
Voluntary Revenue
We have plans (Q1 2024) of launching a community token for incentivizing both creators and consumers and intend to keep a set aside for the treasury. We additionally expect that having a generative AI application service could really make SNET a worldwide phenomenon. The SNET community will be able to use Appstorm services free for a year and all SNET services revenue will be passed though to AI developers without any fees for the first year.
