UCI is an open sourced universal coordinated intelligence research organization, we aim to propose a framework for society to transition smoothly post AGI and ASI via coordination framework between AI and human. We believe intelligence is too critical that no single entity should own or control it. We position ourselves playing a role in the decentralized AI stack, adopting decentralized training, compute, and funetuning, data labeling. Our framework enables agents to establish their own identities and collaborate with humans in decentralized, self-governed communities. This system ensures rule-based interactions between humans and agents, with better economic policies where both can thrive.
We are seeking individuals to lead and manage Deep Funding Community Hub initiatives. These initiatives aim to establish and foster decentralized Deep Funding Communities centered around specific topics or areas of interest where a dedicated community would be valuable.

The primary objective of these Community Hubs is to expand Deep Funding in a decentralized way. This involves engaging new members, providing information, sharing best practices for submitting funding proposals and building strong, collaborative communities. Regular online meetings will also be an integral part of these initiatives to connect, grow, and support the community.

We are seeking to hire 2 research fellows to kickstart our novel AI and economic experiments. These researchers will focus on developing our community-owned AI model and implementing experimental economic mechanisms. Key responsibilities include model development economic framework design and active community building.
