Overview

Education hasn't changed in decades. At AIDEN, we empower the entire edu-system to leverage AI and solve the problem. Parents are overwhelmed by the rapid pace of change. Teachers are overburdened by outdated curricula. Companies want to give back but struggle to find meaningful ways to do so. We reimagine each step of the edujourney. We have reimagined curriculum accessible via the AIDEN Portal, designed for a world where students are engaged despite digital distractions. To close the circle, we increase company community engagement and employee happiness via Microinternships, a career exploration mentorship model for students.

Proposal Description

How Our Project Will Contribute To The Growth Of The Decentralized AI Platform

AIDEN is redefining education through our AI-powered platform that integrates our reimagined, interdisciplinary curricula, rooted in metacognition, philosophy, and real-world problem-solving. Teachers are already using it to test an alternative learning model, while hundreds of students have taken our programs to develop critical thinking skills. With BGI’s support we can scale personalized learning journeys for every student on the planet, empowering them to actively shape an AGI-enabled future

Our Team

AIDEN is led by founders who left corporate tech to revolutionize education. I, Tannya Jajal, pivoted from law to AI and entrepreneurship after discovering Ray Kurzweil’s work on AGI at 18, later working at VMware before founding AIDEN. My co-founder, Uroš, has challenged traditional education for years, leaving Microsoft to build future-ready learning systems. Backed by a dedicated team of four, we combine AI expertise, industry experience, and a bold vision to transform education.

The core problem we are aiming to solve

AIDEN is solving the critical gap in education by preparing students for a future where AGI reshapes work, creativity, and human potential. Traditional models fail to equip learners with the adaptive, interdisciplinary, and metacognitive skills needed for this transformation. We’re radically rethinking education, using AI to deliver truly personalized learning—ensuring every student develops unique, future-proof skillsets rather than conforming to outdated, one-size-fits-all models.

Our specific solution to this problem

AIDEN delivers AI-integrated student programs and an AI-powered learning platform that transforms K-12 education. Already used by teachers, our platform leverages existing AI models to provide reimagined, interdisciplinary lesson plans that explore AI as a concept and its real-world applications. Every subject is redesigned to interplay with AI, and students engage directly with AI through their own logins, ensuring safe, structured, and truly personalized learning pathways that prepare them with future-proof skills for an AGI-driven world.

Project details

AIDEN is redefining K-12 education through both direct student programs and an AI-powered learning platform that brings AI into every subject and classroom.

We’ve already run high-impact student programs, such as AI-driven debates where an AI judge provided real-time feedback, and immersive programs that prepare students for an AGI-driven future. These experiences prove the power of hands-on, AI-enhanced learning, and we need to scale this impact.

Our AI-powered platform, already in use by teachers, integrates existing AI models to provide reimagined, interdisciplinary lesson plans that make AI both a subject of study and a learning tool. Teachers access these lesson plans to run AI-driven classroom activities, while students engage directly with AI through their own logins, enabling truly personalized learning pathways.

With BGI’s support, we can scale our programs globally, enhance AI-driven personalization on our platform, and ensure every student has the skills and mindset to navigate a rapidly evolving world.

At AIDEN, we balance innovation with responsibility when integrating AI into education. We use existing AI models, including OpenAI, which means student interactions involve third-party systems. While this carries inherent risks, we mitigate them by limiting the data we collect, anonymizing student inputs where possible, and ensuring AI recommendations remain teacher-guided. Our long-term vision is to advance toward neuro-symbolic AI, reducing reliance on black-box models and enhancing transparency. AI in education should be a tool for empowerment, not a system that makes decisions for students—our approach ensures AI is used ethically and safely. AI in education should be fair, transparent, and accessible—and that’s exactly how we’ve designed AIDEN.

  • Bias & Fairness: AI models can reflect biases, which is why we’re working toward neuro-symbolic AI to make learning recommendations more explainable and culturally aware.
  • Privacy: We only collect minimal, anonymized student data to refine personalized learning—never to exploit or track.
  • Global Impact: AI shouldn’t just be for a select few. AIDEN ensures students everywhere gain AI literacy, so they’re not just passive users, but active participants in shaping AI’s future.

At its core, AIDEN isn’t just about teaching AI—it’s about helping students think critically, problem-solve, and engage deeply with the world.
