Our Team

Our team's main strengths stem from a unique blend of expertise in blockchain technology and deep knowledge in data science. In particular, one of the two team members has practical experience with advanced 3D modeling techniques and is familiar with the latest developments in the field. Both team members are very interested in the intersection of 3D technology and AI, especially in the context of decentralized model deployment.

This project will contribute to the growth of the SNET platform by introducing a cutting-edge tool for 3D object generation from text and images. This capability will attract a diverse user base from industries such as gaming, virtual reality, and digital manufacturing, who seek innovative solutions that bypass traditional, centralized platforms. By facilitating rapid prototyping and creative design in a decentralized environment, this project aligns with the platform's goal to democratize access to advanced AI tools and foster a more inclusive digital economy.

During the ideation phase, we will focus on engaging with potential users to understand their specific needs and the challenges they face with current 3D modeling tools. This will involve collecting feedback on desired features and usability aspects of the tool. Additionally, this phase will help in identifying the most effective AI techniques and technologies that can be integrated to meet user expectations.

Should the feedback suggest that users do not see a significant value in this capability or prefer existing solutions, it might prompt us to reconsider or halt further development of this specific proposal.

Our specific solution to this problem

The "Dimensional Genesis" project offers a solution to streamline the creation of 3D models from textual descriptions or 2D images, enhancing applications in gaming, virtual reality, and digital manufacturing. This project leverages recent advancements in generative AI and neural 3D representations such as Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF), which excel in creating detailed 3D models from diverse data inputs.

Generative AI has progressed significantly, especially in text-to-image and extending to 3D model generation. NeRF, for example, a key technology in this field, captures high-resolution details across multiple viewpoints without requiring intricate geometric or topological data structures, simplifying the 3D modeling process.     is difficult to rate based on lack of specific team information and experience.

    Viability

    has limited rating information due again in part to lack of team experience documentation. Also since we do not have information on the team, their experience or successes we do not have insight to the viability of the project.

    This is an unknown as the Ideation proposal has as its first milestone a survey of ? to determine desirabilty. I rate this as a two star as I can personally see some need.

    I do not know what the usefulness would/could be except for specific niches. But for those it may be highly usefull so my 3 star rating.
